My name is Liz, and I’m the culinary creative—and yes, the boss—behind Farm Kitchen.
It’s where everything I value about food comes together and is intentionally out of the ordinary.
I’m a classically trained chef, turned accidental baker who is passionate about ingredients and deeply uninterested in shortcuts. Flavour starts with the ingredients you use, not how loudly you can decorate.

No dish can rise above the quality of its ingredients. For that reason I obsess about how food is grown, raised, and respected. The result lives here, in every bite.
